In the initial strategy session you will be able to get clear on your goals, create a crystal clear vision for the difference you want to make in the world, tap into your intuition to decide the next steps you can start implementing and that can lead you in the direction of your dreams.

Coaching is about inspiring people into action. As a coach I walk you towards results, support you in the transformation, help you learn new skills (ex. time management, leadership skills, stress management, decision making, communication skills) and techniques (creativity, expressive art and movement integration) for your personal life or your business, implement, solidify and maintain them.
